SPINAL STENOSIS


Spinal stenosis (or, spinal canal stenosis) is defined as "An abnormal narrowing of the spinal canal which causes compression of the neural structures resulting in symptoms and neurological deficits". It may affect all regions of the spine: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar.
